- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and origin parts. We will offer you the returns address.
- Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund or resend.
- Exchanges we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. We will give you the refund address.
- Select the products and enter the quantity for size exchange.
- Return the products to our local warehouse in good condition and send the tracking number to us ( Notes: we arn't in charge of the return shipping cost.)
- After received, we will arrange for sending new replacement.
